2 tbsp fennel seeds, lightly roasted and then ground
2 tbsp black caviar
4 tbsp vodka
3 tsp black caviar
3 tsp lightly roasted fennel seeds
In a bowl add the ice cream, the vanilla extract and 2 tbsp. of ground fennel seeds. Mix well, shape four balls and chill for 3 hours or more. When ready to serve, chill the glasses. Put 1 tbsp. of vodka on the bottom of each glass, add 1 portion of ice cream, place 1.5 tsp. of caviar on top and sprinkle with a few fennel seeds.
